

Air conditioning was also available but not needed during our stay. Television channels are available but limited to the hotel bouquet with only the most basic channels. The kitchen had every daily convenience you may need from a convection oven, two plate stove top, kettle to quality crockery and cutlery. The beds were comfortable and supported a good night's rest.

The rooms had adequate space for everyone apart from the one room which had some limited space to manoeuvre between the side of the bed and the wall. The room facilities were more than adequate for 3 adults however it only has one bathroom with a shower which means that if your day starts early and you need to get 3 adults bathed and prepped for the day you might need a bathroom timetable 😉. I was firstly impressed by the standard of apparel and furniture in the apartment which was quite upmarket and trending. So we booked a 2 bedroom Grown-up Apartment on the Ground Floor for 6 nights. We would once again just like to thank you for your review and will follow up with the necessary parties involved. We have had some ups and downs with the WiFi, however, when we were alerted we took immediate action and as far as we understand, everything was resolved. Over weekends we have an after hours number that is available 24/7 and we can assist with anything.

Our offices are open every day from Monday to Friday. We pride our self in our great security team that are trained to check guests in after hours. We are not a hotel but self catering apartments and we do not have a 24 hour reception. Perhaps you could shed light on what happened so that we can address this immediately but I want to assure you that all our guests forms part of the Quiver Tree family and we would never treat any one disrespectfully. I sincerely apologise that you feel that you were treated in a juvenile manner. If we were alerted on the after hours number, we could have attended to this immediately. As you are aware we have a no noise policy after 22:00 and we have the measurements in place to give you a peaceful stay. We do not offer student accommodation but rather host post grads and honors degree students. We do have a cross-pollination with both young and older tenants staying with us. Parking on the allocated parkings marked with a RED DOT. The remote will be given to guests upon check in. Access to the basement will be via a remote controlled gate. There is secure underground parking offered. The cost for lost keys is R500.00 for replacement of key, tag and remote. Guests will be held fully responsible for the keys during their stay. Unlimited WiFi is offered to all the fabulous guests. No noise or disturbance will be allowed after 22:00 and if needed Management will request the guest to leave the premises immediately. The establishment has a strict no noise policy after 22:00. Any bookings made shorter than 3 days prior to arrival must be fully paid before the booking will be confirmed. A 50% deposit within 24hours to secure the unit is required. No cleaning services are offered over weekends or public holidays. A cleaning service is available upon request at an additional fee per clean. Bed preferences can only be accommodated on studio apartments, not two-bedroom apartments. Subject to availability, the two-bedroom apartment has a double bed in each room only. If guests have an apartment preference, this must be requested. Please note that the studio apartments feature two single beds or one double bed. Later departures must be arranged with management subject to availability. If you check in after 16:00, your keys will be at the gate with security.
